Still we at PetWear also realize that while fundraising is critical - there's just not enough time or people to go around for everything you are trying to get done, so we've focused on developing FunRaisers (as we call them) that are very passive to maximize your passive revenue streams.

What is Passive Revenue Streaming? Well, let's say you have a bin for the recycling of aluminum cans dedicated to your organization? Other than the time needed to get that committed and perhaps located, and the occasional few minutes needed to help promote it to your supporters from time to time, there is minimal investment of effort, and yet, every month that project could deliver $100 or more. This would be a passive revenue stream since even the months you didn't work on that project, you would see income.

Passive Revenue Streaming provides alot more in the way of benefit. For example, if your organization is driven by the heavy manpower based revenue stream of events such as membership drives, bake sales, yard sales, community events and more, you can quickly exhaust a volunteer base who is pushed to the point of choosing between fundraising and helping with other goals like fostering, administration of Spay/Neuter programs, education and more. Passive Revenue Streams can help free up the valuable resource of your supporters' time.

Perhaps the ideal would be a balance, with one event per month and several passive approaches. This would allow your organization to count on $1000 (or whatever) from the passive sources every month and another $1000 (or whatever) from the event. Clearly the actual numbers would vary from one organization to another, but the logic and actual balance would be based on the level of organization, number of volunteers and essentially other resources available to the effort.

Those emails discuss YOUR DAY - a full day where EVERY order received at PetWearUSA.com is credited to your organization so that you receive ALL net profits for every (not just those you sent to us) order received that day.

OR PetWear's Seasonal Flyer Sales: PetWear assists in the development of a flyer that shows popular and seasonal designs (up to 7). Presented as a flyer orders can be accepted by your supporters. Once Pet Wear receives the order, we can process and drop ship to the person who ordered or send the entire order to your organization for delivery. Average benefit to the nonprofit is roughly $4 per item (varies with product, shipping method, and size).

OR Local Distribution: Your organization can just order our products like a wholesale customer, but due to your nonprofit status, Pet Wear gives you a donation of 10%! Once we have your tax number/proof of 501c3, all your orders are 10% below wholesale! This means your organization enjoys that much more in the way of fundraising when your collars are sold at your location or the location of local vets, groomers and more!
